Easy Guitar Tabs REALLY Improved My Playing!

If I'd only had access to easy to play guitar songs and easy guitar tabs when I first started playing.

My Dad bought my first guitar 30 years ago from a guy at work. He didn't pay much for it. It was a no-name, big body acoustic guitar with a detachable pick up that fitted over the sound hole. It had a wide neck and the action was terrible! I played every night for a couple of hours or until my fingers bled whichever came soonest.

That wasn't my biggest problem though because I bought a "play songs in a day" type songbook from my local music shop that held me back for years. It contained examples such as "Drink to me only with thine eyes" and "when the saints came marching in". BORING. I wanted to play like Brian May from Queen.
